Join us for Part 3 of the Women Chef’s of KY Dinner series at 21c Museum Hotel Lexington featuring a five course dinner menu created by local chefs. Seating is limited.

1st course by Chloe Frabutts with Sidebar Grill – Cured Beef Carpaccio with preserved pear compote, muchim radish and almond oil.
2nd course by Samatha Fore owner of Tuk Tuk Sri Lankan Bites – Curried Butternut Squash soup with pulled pork and beets.
3rd course by Breanna Baker with The LEE Initiative and 610 Magnolia – Black garlic doppio pasta with dried shiitake duxelle and fonduta, cashew butter, pickled cashews and toasted sourdough bread.
4th course by Stephanie Callihan Sous Chef at Lockbox – Confit duck with sweet tomato jam, dehydrated tomato powder and charred plums.
5th course by Becca Schmute, Pastry Chef at Lockbox and owner of Caked by becca – Sweet potato miso mousse with toasted dark chocolate and malted milk.
