Taste of 21c Dinner at Proof on Main
In honor of the 10th Anniversary of 21c Louisville and Proof on Main, the restaurant will be hosting a series of guest chef dinners featuring the executive chefs from each of our 21c restaurants. These dinners will showcase the culinary character of each visiting chef as tribute to our burgeoning food and beverage program.
In July, Proof on Main will welcome executive chef Jonathan Searle of Lockbox to collaborate on a southern feast. Join us for a menu of elevated country fare showcasing the bounty of Kentucky summer with dishes like Skillet Cornbread and Warm Parker House Rolls, Cornmeal Fried KY Carp, Stewed Okra and Char Grilled Florida Shrimp. Oh, and did we mention the dessert course with Fried Peach Hand Pies and Sweet Corn Cookies?
